Shipping and Fast Shipping

Standard Shipping Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

Italy (excluding Sardinia and Venice Lagoon): €4.90 for orders under €74.99.
Sardinia and Venice Lagoon: €10.00 for orders of any amount.
Free shipping: for all orders equal to or greater than €74.99.

Fast Shipping Service To ensure a flawless shopping experience, we offer a guaranteed fast shipping service!

For all orders placed by 4:00 PM, fast delivery is guaranteed for items available in our Boutique and marked with the label "FAST SHIPPING 24/48 HOURS". You can receive your favorite products in the shortest time possible thanks to this exclusive service.

Delivery Times Shipments are made within a period of 1 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays), depending on item availability and destination. Delivery is handled by GLS or DHL couriers, with tracking included and signature required upon receipt for maximum security and reliability.

Packaging and Guarantee All purchased items are delivered with:

Protective packaging, ensuring maximum product integrity during transport.
Original case, highlighting the design and elegance of your purchase.
Warranty certificate, confirming the authenticity and quality of the product.

Returns, Replacements, and Right of Withdrawal

Refund or Replacement You may request a return or replacement of purchased items under the following conditions:

The item must be returned with an assigned return identification number, which you can request by completing the form available on the Contact page.
The returned item:
- Must never have been used, damaged, or soiled.
- Must be returned in its original case and protective packaging.
- Will be carefully inspected: if found in a different condition than its original state, the return will not be accepted.
The return shipment must be made within 10 days from the return approval date and must be notified via email with details on the date, courier, and tracking number.
Items out of stock, marked with "Shipping 5-7 Days," cannot be refunded: a store credit of the amount spent (excluding shipping costs) will be issued, valid for 6 months.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
No restocking fees will be applied for correctly returned items.
For products marked "Fast Shipping," the refund will exclude the original shipping costs: €6.00 for Italy, €8.00 for islands, and variable amounts for Europe.

Special Conditions

Only one return per customer is allowed. Any subsequent requests will not be accepted.
Prescription lenses are non-refundable. In case of a frame color change, lenses will be adapted if compatible with the new frame.
Returns for color changes will only be authorized after verifying the product condition; the shipping costs for the replacement product will be borne by the customer.

Refund Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of the goods and credited according to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer). For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

Right of Withdrawal Under Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005, the Consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the purchase date by notifying us via registered mail with return receipt (A.R.) or PEC to the following addresses:

The communication must include:

Express will to withdraw from the contract, either in full or in part.
Invoice number and a copy of the invoice or shipping document.
Code and description of the items for which withdrawal is exercised.

The refund will be processed within 10 days from receipt of the withdrawal communication, including the original shipping costs.

Customer Responsibility for Returns

The shipment is under the customer's responsibility until confirmed as received in our warehouse.
Occhialeria Italiana is not liable for damages, theft, or loss of returned items shipped without insurance.
