PACKAGING AND DELIVERIES

PRESCRIPTION GLASSES, SUNGLASSES, AND SMART GLASSES

Customized prescription glasses cannot be fully refunded: only the frame will be refunded, excluding the lenses. This policy complies with Article 55, Paragraph 2, Letter C of the Consumer Code.

For returns related to corrective glasses or progressive lenses, you must:

✔ Attach a recent medical prescription.
✔ Include detailed product images (if requested by customer service).

The return must meet all specified conditions to be accepted.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

Request a return identification number via the dedicated form.
✔ The item must not be used, damaged, or dirty.
✔ It must be returned in its original case and packaging.
✔ The return must be shipped within 10 days of return approval.

For items marked "Shipping 5-7 Days", a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.

RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Refund or Exchange

You may request a return or exchange of purchased items, provided that:

✔ The returned item:

  • Must never have been used, damaged, or dirty.
  • Must be returned in its original case and protective packaging.

🚫 Items marked "Shipping 5-7 Days" cannot be refunded—only a store credit valid for 6 months will be issued.

REFUNDS

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned goods and are credited via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer).

For cash-on-delivery purchases, refunds are issued via bank transfer.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Legislative Decree No. 206, September 6, 2005, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase. The withdrawal request must be sent via registered mail or PEC to:

GUARANTEES

Occhialeria Italiana guarantees the quality and authenticity of all sold products.

All glasses include:
Compliance certificate (EU regulations D.L. No. 46 of 02/24/1997 and D.M. No. 180 of 05/04/1998).
Manufacturer’s authenticity certificate (when available).

All products have a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Misuse-related damages are not covered.
